Lies We Tell Ourselves will make readers so angry they will feel like red-faced cartoon characters with steam pouring out of their ears. She was extremely bright and had a backbone of steel, her quick retorts were my favourite. The Hours focuses on a day in when she lived in a suburb of London. In her three and a half hour performance piece West Virginia Schizophrenic Blues Sibio tells the story of her own mother with schizophrenia and having to be separated from her at a young age. You can feel it leap off the pages. Is it possible to fall in love in the rebound? In "Lovely Green Eyes" I find these questions are intelligently explored.
